And third, what if you begin to feel healthy for the first time in as long as you can remember, and end up forgetting to reorder your products before you run out. You will have to decide to either pay the high cost of next day air, or live without the products until your order is processed again and shipped out, and risk losing some of the results you are so excited about in the first place.
Do I get the 10% discount with my first order? No, unfortunately your first order will be full price, but each order beyond that will be discounted 10%.
Can I add products each month and still get the auto-ship price? Yes. You can add a products and still get the auto-ship discount on the added product(s). To make any additions to your auto-ship order, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-959-8872, or email us no less than 3 days prior to your next AutoShip date.
Can I cancel my auto-ship? Absolutely! To cancel your auto-ship, you must e-mail, fax or mail a notice to us stating that you would like to cancel your auto-ship. If you just want to skip receiving an order one month, you can simply call us toll free at 1-800-959-8872 and verbally request that we skip your auto-ship for that month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by us no less than 3 days prior to your next auto-ship date.
Do I have to pay by credit card to purchase on auto-ship? Yes (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card)
How do I sign up for auto-ship? Simply call us at 1-800-959-8872, email us, or when you place your order online put in comments that you want the order on auto-ship, and how often (every 30 days, 60 days, etc.). We will also acknowledge these requests via email, and apply the 10% discount to your future shipments.
